Network Traffic Not Showing

Symptom

DU Meter shows no network activity even though you're actively using the internet.

Possible Causes and Solutions

1. Wrong Network Adapter Selected

DU Meter may be monitoring the wrong network adapter.

  1. Right-click the DU Meter icon → select User Options
  2. Select Network Interface from the categories on the left
  3. Check which adapter is selected
  4. Select your active network adapter (e.g., "Ethernet" or "Wi-Fi")
  5. Click OK

2. DU Meter Service Not Running

  1. Press Win+R, type services.msc and press Enter
  2. Find DU Meter Service in the list
  3. Ensure the service is Running
  4. If not, right-click → Start

3. Network Driver Issues

Some network drivers may not be fully compatible. Try:

  1. Updating your network adapter drivers
  2. Reinstalling DU Meter

4. Reports Suspended
