Reports Suspended (Red Dot Icon)
Symptom
A red dot appears on the DU Meter icon or window, and traffic data shows zero even though the network is active.
Cause
The "Reports and Totals" updating feature has been suspended, either manually or due to a configuration issue.
Solution
Method 1: Quick Fix
- Hold Shift and right-click on the DU Meter window
- Select "Resume updating reports and totals"
Method 2: Via Administrator Options
- Right-click the DU Meter icon → select Administrator Options
- Select "Reports and Totals Filter" in the left panel
- Uncheck "Suspend updating reports and totals"
- Click OK
The red dot should disappear and traffic monitoring will resume.
