Overview

If you're having trouble registering DU Meter, here are some common issues and solutions.

Common Issues

Not Receiving Registration Email

If you purchased DU Meter but haven't received your registration information:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Wait up to 15 minutes for email delivery
  3. If still not received, use the serial number recovery form

Invalid Serial Number

If your serial number is not being accepted:

  1. Make sure you're entering the serial number exactly as provided (copy/paste recommended)
  2. Verify you're using the correct serial number for your DU Meter version
  3. Check for extra spaces before or after the serial number

Registration Window Not Appearing

If the registration dialog doesn't appear:

  1. Right-click the DU Meter icon in the system tray
  2. Select About DU Meter
  3. Click the Register button
