How to export Windows Event log entries?

Overview

DU Meter writes important diagnostic information to the Windows Event Log. When troubleshooting issues, you may be asked to export these entries.

How to Export DU Meter Event Log Entries

  1. Press Win+R, type eventvwr.msc and press Enter
  2. In the left panel, expand Windows Logs → select Application
  3. In the right panel, click Filter Current Log…
  4. In the "Event sources" dropdown, select DU Meter Service
  5. Click OK to apply the filter
  6. Click Save Filtered Log File As… in the right panel
  7. Save as an .evtx file

Sending to Support

When submitting a support request, attach the exported .evtx file. This helps our team diagnose issues with the DU Meter service.
