Simple pinging no longer works to stay connected to most ISP's that implement idle user disconnection. They quickly implemented scripts to avoid the mindless little utiltiies that simply pinged their server. TweakMASTER Pro is far more sophisticated for maintaining a connection. It does not work in every case as there are many reasons why a person can get disconnected from their ISP, not the least of which are phone line noise, weak modems, etc. But if the ISP has a policy of disconnecting you after X minutes of inactivity then TweakMASTER PRO can help in many cases where a simple ping utility will fail.
