# How to uninstall DU Meter?

### Steps

1. Open **Control Panel**
2. Click on **Uninstall a program** (or "Programs and Features")
3. Select **DU Meter** from the list of installed applications
4. Double-click or click **Uninstall** to remove it

> Uninstalling DU Meter removes the program files but preserves your settings in the Windows Registry. If you reinstall later, your previous settings will be restored automatically.
